WES-BCA online Kick-off Meeting of the water activity in Jordan (16/12/2025)
The WES-BCA project organised an online kick-off meeting of the water activity in Jordan, on December 16, 2025.
This WES-BCA activity is to review and strengthen Jordan’s regulatory frameworks in key sectors to enable the effective integration and upscaling of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) for addressing water-related challenges, in line with national priorities and international commitments particularly the National Water Strategy 2023–2040 and the National Adaptation Plan (2022).
The activity is prepared with the collaboration of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation of Jordan.
During the meeting, the team of WES-BCA water experts presented the activity’s action plan and discussed the issues raised with key stakeholders.
